About “Issac Paul”
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, currently practising in Bangalore, India. Over the course of gaining my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Coaching Diploma certification and accredited professional qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings and establishments in Bangalore and Kochi, and have professionally worked with a diverse range of clients including adolescents, adults, and elders, exploring various emotional and mental challenges and complexities that one faces.
I am also a fitness and healthcare coach, who works with individuals by personalizing the aspect of coaching and training to enable them to strive towards their goals vigorously, and holistically.
As an ethical, reflective, and dedicated practitioner, I firmly believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive space, and am passionate about integrating warmth, compassion, and authenticity into the therapeutic relationships I foster. I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and holistic space for my clients, embracing transparency, openness, and vulnerability, welcoming clients from all walks of life. My aim is to provide you with quality service and work with you through every step of your journey in counselling and therapy.
