Hel­lo. My name is Kse­nia. Russ­ian born, raised in Iran. I began study­ing psy­chol­o­gy around 8 years ago and immersed myself in it in 2018.

I am cur­rent­ly vol­un­teer­ing in Barcelona to assist Ukrain­ian refugees in adapt­ing to a forced dis­place­ment from their homes and meet­ing the new life obsta­cles and plea­sures with dignity.

I am a stu­dent at Saint-Peters­burg, Rus­si­a’s East-Euro­pean Insti­tute of Psy­cho­analy­sis. Aside from the clas­sics, my curi­ous mind has led me to many cours­es and train­ing in psy­chol­o­gy all across the world, both in-per­son and online. I’m learn­ing EMDR, sys­tem con­stel­la­tion, neu­ro­graph­ics, and neu­ro­hack­ing. I am fas­ci­nat­ed with con­tem­po­rary research of psy­che­delics and their influ­ence on depres­sion, PTSD, and oth­er dis­com­fort conditions.

I think that my path is to help peo­ple to improve their lives and con­nect with them­selves. Because, once life path becomes the mean­ing, the exis­ten­tial equa­tions of being or not ceas­ing to arouse on their own.

I also believe that a com­pe­tent psy­chother­a­pist is one who has been to per­son­al hell and obtained the tick­ets to return.
