Sexuality and sex therapy
Both physical as well as emotional intimacy are essential to our mental well-being. Sex therapy can help to assess whether the cause is physical, psychological, or a combination of both. Talking about your desires, experiences and sexual challenges will help you to better understand what is happening and the reasons why.
Whether you’re experiencing confidence issues, suffer from an erectile dysfunction, have an excessive libido, unmet sexual fetishes or a porn addiction, our counsellors are trained professionals who can reframe your sexual challenges and increase your sexual satisfaction.
You can consult a sex therapist either by yourself or with your partner. If the problem is however affecting the both of you, it’s more effective to attend therapy sessions together. As part of the process, counsellors might provide exercises and tasks for you and your partner to complete on your own time.
Let us help you overcome the psychological or emotional roadblocks that keep you from having a satisfying relationship and a pleasurable sex life.
