The festives are over,we waved good bye to 2021 and we are welcoming the new year. What often comes up during this time is a feeling of what should be different in our lives. Its a time of transition and it can therefore be a chance for reviewing and accessing potential.
When I hear people talk about New Year’s Resolutions I notice 2 things:
1. Often it is about discipline:”I really should go to the gym twice a week”. “Meditate daily”. “Run more/eat less” and so on.
2.Its about outer things: job,health,activities,things we do or try to reach.
This is reasonable and important,but we also have inner realms who need a little attention too on a regular basis.So I would like to invite you to include them to your New Year’s Resolutions.Its not so much about goals here more about becoming aware!
1.What are my values?
2.What do I dedicate my life to?
3.From which place of my being do I navigate through life?
