New Year’s Resolutions

The fes­tives are over,we waved good bye to 2021 and we are wel­com­ing the new year. What often comes up dur­ing this time is a feel­ing of what should be dif­fer­ent in our lives. Its a time of tran­si­tion and it can there­fore be a chance for review­ing and access­ing potential.

When I hear peo­ple talk about New Year’s Res­o­lu­tions I notice 2 things:

1. Often it is about discipline:”I real­ly should go to the gym twice a week”. “Med­i­tate dai­ly”. “Run more/eat less” and so on.

2.Its about out­er things: job,health,activities,things we do or try to reach.

This is rea­son­able and important,but we also have inner realms who need a lit­tle atten­tion too on a reg­u­lar basis.So I would like to invite you to include them to your New Year’s Resolutions.Its not so much about goals here more about becom­ing aware!

1.What are my values?

2.What do I ded­i­cate my life to?

3.From which place of my being do I nav­i­gate through life?

Take 15 min­utes to write it down!
