About “Zainab”

I com­plet­ed my Mas­ters in Coun­sel­ing psy­chol­o­gy from Christ Uni­ver­si­ty, Ban­ga­lore. I am a spe­cial edu­ca­tor prac­tic­ing play ther­a­py as a means to help chil­dren with dif­fi­cul­ties and have cur­rent­ly been mas­ter­ing in Child and Ado­les­cent Devel­op­ment. My spe­cial­ties include child and ado­les­cent coun­sel­ing, cou­ple, rela­tion­ship, mar­i­tal and fam­i­ly coun­sel­ing. I am also a trained and cer­ti­fied graphol­o­gist, which helps in under­stand­ing an individual’s per­son­al­i­ty in depth. My approach is eclec­tic which includes NLP (Neu­ro-Lin­guis­tic Pro­gram­ming) com­bined with CBT (Cog­ni­tive-Behav­ior Ther­a­py) with a blend of psychoanalysis.
My exten­sive work on the cor­po­rate sec­tor proves the immense impact of men­tal health on the job involve­ment of IT Employ­ees. Cur­rent­ly, I have also been work­ing on find­ing a link between the var­i­ous types of rela­tion­ships and the men­tal well-being of youth.
Aspir­ing to help as many indi­vid­u­als as pos­si­ble, I strong­ly believe that there is noth­ing impos­si­ble if one sets his mind on it. The human mind is capa­ble of achiev­ing mighty tran­si­tions with just a lit­tle focus and effort.
Apart from pro­vid­ing coun­sel­ing ser­vices, I also con­duct work­shops on var­i­ous lev­els and col­lab­o­rate with busi­ness­es and orga­ni­za­tions in order to meet their objec­tives by max­i­miz­ing their most valu­able resources: people.
