I completed my Masters in Counseling psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. I am a special educator practicing play therapy as a means to help children with difficulties and have currently been mastering in Child and Adolescent Development. My specialties include child and adolescent counseling, couple, relationship, marital and family counseling. I am also a trained and certified graphologist, which helps in understanding an individual’s personality in depth. My approach is eclectic which includes NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) combined with CBT (Cognitive-Behavior Therapy) with a blend of psychoanalysis.
My extensive work on the corporate sector proves the immense impact of mental health on the job involvement of IT Employees. Currently, I have also been working on finding a link between the various types of relationships and the mental well-being of youth.
Aspiring to help as many individuals as possible, I strongly believe that there is nothing impossible if one sets his mind on it. The human mind is capable of achieving mighty transitions with just a little focus and effort.
Apart from providing counseling services, I also conduct workshops on various levels and collaborate with businesses and organizations in order to meet their objectives by maximizing their most valuable resources: people.
