I am a life, cre­ativ­i­ty, and well-being coach. I am also an artist, teacher, edu­ca­tor, and philoso­pher. In my work, I use meth­ods from approach­es inspired by Process-ori­ent­ed Psy­chol­o­gy, NLP, Cog­ni­tive-Behav­ioral Psy­chol­o­gy, Art Ther­a­py, art, edu­ca­tion, and philosophy.
